Noa Kelner holds a degree in Visual Communication from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem and collaborates with leading newspapers, magazines, publishers, and design firms across Israel. Her illustrations appear in dozens of children’s books published in Israel and the United States. For seven years, she served as the Artistic Director of a Jerusalem-based illustration festival that features the work of hundreds of illustrators. She lives outside Jerusalem with her husband and three children.
